Orientation
Entering City University of Seattle in Athens "Study Abroad Program", all participants will step into a different world with cultural diversity, intellectual challenge and personal pride. Students will receive all the information material they will need and they will be introduced to the faculty, staff and the other City University students. It is a stimulating and rewarding place to be. Students follow the steps of Aristotle, Plato, Socrates and Athena, the goddess of wisdom.
Cultural Information
All participants will have the unique opportunity of experiencing the Greek culture through lectures and guided excursions to some of the most notable places of Greece. Information will be provided about the Greek civilization and further study and research will be promoted in different areas such as history, archaeology, arts, etc.
Health and Safety Information
Health insurance is necessary in order for a student to participate in this program. Health-medical and safety information will be given to all students by a medical doctor who will be their main contact person for health problems.
City University of Seattle in Athens Academic Policies
City University of Seattle in Athens reserves the right to develop new or change existing academic policies pertaining to the relationship between the school and the enrolees. This entitlement includes tuition and fee schedules, enrolment, program and course offerings, graduation requirements, registration policies and procedures, and disciplinary actions. Individuals admitted to study at City University of Seattle in Athens agree to be governed by such policies as are established by the University's Board of Governors and administration. The continuation of enrolment by students, the awarding of academic credit, and the conferring of degrees and certificates, are subject to University authority.
